    The delivery time is dependent on where you are based in South Africa. We work with a local courier company to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.
    Once your order has been fulfilled – we will provide you with a tracking link to use to track the status of your delivery.
    Yes, you can change your shipping address after you made a purchase as long as this is done before it has been shipped to you. If the order has been sent out for delivery and is in transit, we can still make a hold on that delivery, if you let us know in advance.     For Autodesk Software, once your order has been fulfilled a request is sent to Autodesk to issue the license to the supplied email address. Autodesk you sends out that license within 24 hours of making the purchase.

    The warranty of each product is dependent on the OEM.
    Once your return has been inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using the original payment method.
